Some great summer finds are coming your way…
Graeter’s Peach Ice Cream
My family looks forward to this flavor all year. With chunks of peaches and real heavy cream, it is the gold standard of peach ice creams. My husband claims this year’s is the best batch yet. Available at any Graeter’s or online. www.graeters.com
Mason Jar Sauce Dispenser
Made by Jacqui Van Ham of VanVintage, these are modified antique Ball Mason jars (half-gallon size) adapted with an industrial, food grade pump. They come with a galvanized metal lid or a BPA-free white plastic lid. They are sold for $60. These will be featured at the new barbeque restaurant,Feast, in New Albany. I think it’s genius for a party or just to keep in your fridge. Think ketchup, mustard, barbeque sauce, ranch dressing, heck, even whiskey would be good here. Click on this website address to purchase: www.etsy.com/shop/VanVintageDesign. Or, email Jacqui directly at [email protected].
Drink tags
Another great idea for summer gatherings. These simple tags around your beverage container name what’s in the glass so the children don’t drink margaritas or sangria, thinking its fancy punch. There are five in a pack for $18 that read: Sweet, Unsweet, Over 21, Water and Lemonade. Available at Urban Farmhouse Market. www.theurbanfarmhousemarket.com
Wooden Decorative Coral
These corals would be great little pops of color for your mantel or for a side table. Made of wood and lightweight, a perfect little something for your table. Available at the Urban Farmhouse Market for $19.50. www.theurbanfarmhousemarket.com
French Pet Accessories
If I had a dog, I would store my food and treats in these. First, because I love toile. Second, because the toile storyline has replaced people with dog faces, which is somewhat hysterical to me. The dog food tin comes in 19″ for $65.50 and 13″ for $61.00. The treats canister is $13.50. Available at the Urban Farmhouse Market. www.theurbanfarmhousemarket.com
J. McLaughlin Totes
I would be remiss if I didn’t include some sort of cute tote in my Finds list. These are from Louisville’s new store in Chenoweth Square, J. McLaughlin. Called the Aken Totes, they come in lots of great patterns. Available at J. McLaughlin for $98. www.jmclaughlin.com
Miss Oops Rescue Sponge
For all the times when you notice your deodorant has made its way from under your arms to your shirt, dress or anywhere that it should not be, this is your answer. Takes off the deodorant stains clean, without any residue. I call it the Miracle Eraser for clothes. www.rodeodrivelouisville.com
Agate Gold Cuff
Just simply fabulous is this agate gold cuff at Rodeo Drive. If you wore this little lovely, it would be the only piece of jewelry you would need. Pair with a red gloss lipstick (Click here for the recent post on red lips!) and a great dress, and you’re done. www.rodeodrivelouisville.com
Lilly Pulitzer Resort Chic Wedge Basketweave in Gold Metallic
This shoe combines a wedge, peep toe, basketweave and metallic all in one. Therefore, it goes with all of your summer outfits. Available online by clicking on the picture or at the Peppermint Palm. www.peppermintpalm.com

Chunky, chunky, chunky! Love that agate & gold cuff.
One third of my wardrobe is from J. McLaughlin. The styles are user-friendly yet easier to wear than to spell the name!
Hey there! I’m new to your site and I love it, by the way. I love some of the items in this post from The Urban Farmhouse and wondered if you knew of any other similar stores in L’ville. I live in Lexington and we’re coming up this weekend for dinner but it looks like Urban Farmhouse will be closing about the time we get there. I wish it stayed open a little later than 5 ):
